Head Coach,
Greg Phill
brings over 30 years of coaching
experience to BAC.
He has a wealth of experience
in both USS and High School
programs.
Greg has worked with all swim levels
from beginner to Olympic Gold Medal
winner.
He has coached swimmers that
have gone to the Junior Nationals,
Nationals, Olympic Trials and the
U.S. Olympic team.
He has attended multiple swim
clinics including the World Coaches
Clinic sponsored by the American
Swim Coaches Association (ASCA) as
well as clinics at the Olympic
Training Center in Colorado.
Greg has given clinics
sponsored by USA Swimming.
Greg has been recognized multiple
times as Coach of the Year by the
Michigan Interscholastic Swim
Coaches Association (MISCA).
His most recent award is the
National Federation of Swim Coaches
� 2008 Michigan Coach of the Year.

Assistant Coach,
Brian McNeff
has been coaching since 2004,
most recently Northville High School
and the Bulldog Aquatic Club. Last
year, the Northville High School
Girl's Swim Team tied for its best
finish ever in the State Meet, with
many swimmers receiving all state
honors. Brian is looking forward to
some added responsibilities with BAC
and will continue to push the
athletes to be the best swimmers
they can. |

Assistant Coach,
Jill Sells has been teaching
swim lessons for over 20 years and
has taught swims from age 6 months
to 84 years old. She has 14 years of
coaching experience for all age
groups. She swam four years at the
University of Oklahoma where she
specialized in butterfly and
freestyle. |

G", Leslie Greeneisen has over
ten years of coaching experience at
Plymouth-Canton Cruisers and as a
Master's Team Head Coach. |

Assistant
Coach,
Allison Greenlee, has been
coaching, teaching swimming, and
life guarding for 9 years. She has
previously coached for Capital Area
Swim Team in Lansing, MI. She
has also spent many years swimming
for the Bulldog Aquatic Club as well
as Northville High School and looks
forward to working with the current
BAC swimmers. |
