What is the Community Day Fundraiser?

The Bon-Ton Stores, Inc is providing an opportunity for non-profits to raise money by selling $5 coupon booklets to the public.  You can download this Community Day flyer to share.  We are participating by pre-selling the coupon booklets which can be used on the Community Day Event.

The Community Day Event is November 15th  when Parisian will be open at 7:00 a.m. and will close late.  The shopping is GREAT!   Can't shop that day?  You can pre-purchase your items the week before and pick up your items the week following the Community Day event.

What does this mean to me?

BAC has set a goal of selling at least 100 coupon booklets so we can qualify for a BONUS which is an equal share of the total in-store booklet sales sold and rung up by store associates.  We also need to sell books in the store (see below).

We are asking that all BAC members consider purchasing a coupon booklet for themselves or ask friends and family to purchase coupon booklets.  A Selling Guide has been provided for your use. 

BAC families will earn 70% (just like the Scrip and Coffee Beanery Fundraisers) credit for the next sessions dues.  You will get a $3.50 credit for each booklet you sell - just think you can determine how much dues you want to pay next session - sell enough books and you could lower your payment to nothing!

When can I start selling coupon booklets?

Today!  You can telephone, email or ask in person if people you know would like to purchase a $5 coupon booklet.  All purchases will help BAC!  Members earn a credit of each booklet sold  towards our next sessions dues.  Anyone who shops at Parisian at Laurel Park Place should appreciate this opportunity!  There is even an easy to use Hand-out you can print (don't forget to fill in the blanks) and distribute.

What is in the coupon booklet?

• One $10 coupon, good toward any item of $10 or more (exclusions apply)
• Eight additional coupons, each good for up to 20% off one item (exclusions apply)
• in addition there will be special One Day Sale prices

How do I order the $5 coupon booklets?

Use the order form and have your swimmer take it to practice with your payment OR Email bacfundraiser@bulldogaquaticclub.com to place an order.  Payment is due when you order the booklets.  Coupon booklets are available for immediate delivery.

I want to sell a lot of coupon booklets, any ideas on how to do that?  

Yes, you can sign-up to sell coupon booklets in Parisian now through November 14th. 

This is a great chance for some teammate bonding. 

• All organization members must be age 16 or older, or accompanied by an adult.  We suggest an adult be at the table at all times.
• Dress appropriately
• BAC T-shirts may be worn
• No jeans, sweatpants or shorts (no swim suits either)
• Comfortable shoes
• No eating on the selling floor or at selling tables
• Always act professional and treat all customers in a friendly manner
• Wear store provided nametag at all times

BAC members are asked to report to Parisian BEFORE the beginning of your scheduled shift.  Each BAC member is expected to sign in with the store manager or Community Day Event Coordinator at the Customer Service/Gift Wrap Desk (2nd floor) when they report for duty and sign out when they have completed their shift.

You will be provided with a table and two chairs at a high traffic location within the store.

If more than one BAC family is working at a table all sales will be divided equally.  Currently BAC has the following dates and times reserved:
