What is Scrip?

out-of-date order forms!
The SCRIP order forms will not be
available thru the website anymore- if
families would like to purchase scrip and
receive a credit towards their family

Payments are still via check on or before
the order date (1st Monday and 3rd Monday of
each month) Write the check out to BAC and
in the memo write SCRIP. Please send check
number and amount
via email to Sonia, subject: Scrip
Check. Submit the check on deck into the
treasurers folder.
**Orders will not be processed if the
check has not been received by the order
We will be accepting orders on the first
and third Mondays of each month and you will
receive your order seven days later. BAC
must receive payment for all orders placed
via email prior to the order date or the
order will not be processed.

Scrip is "substitute money", and looks and
functions just like gift cards and
certificates. This program allows BAC
members, families, & friends to purchase
scrip for everyday expenses like food,
clothing, and entertainment; while earning a
percentage of each dollar of scrip purchased
back in revenue.
Here's an example of possible savings:

You would receive a credit of $18.10 towards
your next quarterly dues OR towards your BAC
Fundraising Fee. By simply planning ahead
and purchasing from the Scrip program you
can save money by doing your regular
shopping. You would save $217.20 ($18.10 *
12 orders) towards your quarterly dues and
OR BAC Fundraising Fee.
Just think, by changing your shopping habits
and planning ahead, you can use the Scrip
program to help pay your quarterly dues or
earn your BAC Fundraising Fee without
spending any extra money. Purchase scrip
gift cards for your shopping needs and for
gifts. And, by sharing this program with
your friends and family you can even earn
more. Ask them to ONLY purchase gift cards
for those retailers that they already shop,
eat or "gas-up" at!
