Stroke Clinic Sign-up
Please email Greg at
GregPhill@BulldogAquaticClub.com to sign
up for a stroke clinic. For those
returning BAC members this is DIFFERENT than
the past years.
There will be a maximum of 16 swimmers
per stroke clinic session. Please sign
up for only one week. If there are
openings you may be able to sign up for a
second stroke week. These stroke
clinics are included in your dues if you
have paid for the 4th quarter (summer)
session. If you are a BAC member but
not swimming this summer you may sign up for
a stroke clinic at the cost of $30.00 (for a
one week session.)
Stroke Clinic:
Week #1 Monday - Friday, August 9-13
Session #1 4:30 - 5:30
pm; Session #2 5:30 - 6:30 pm

reserve a try-it spot - these groups will start again in late August/early
September.
Hillside Pool Regulation:
No street shoes are allowed on
deck. Please be prepared with flip flops or
to go barefoot if you plan to escort your
swimmer out of the locker room.
Dry land Practice:
All dry land participants should come
prepared. Swimmers will need to have the
following: t-shirt, shorts, shoes and
socks.
NHS pool usage: Students and other
pool users will be required by staff to take
a soap shower prior to entering the pool.
Signs will be posted
accordingly.
The High School
Administration and Athletic Director will
enforce this requirement.
